Inbetweening palettes

Each palette keyframe specifies the color model and palette to use. You can set palette keyframes to inbetween, so the palette changes smoothly from one keyframe to the next. If you add a new keyframe during an inbetween, there won't be an existing palette holding the frame's inbetweened values. Director therefore creates a new palette, and sets the keyframe to use the new palette.
